May, 2012 Letter to Parents
Dear Parents,
Greetings from Immaculate as we welcome the month of May! Last evening our Pinstripe Benefit was a wonderful testament to the ICS spirit! On the field our All Star readers stood proudly as Derek Jeter congratulated them for their outstanding efforts! Off the field our 8th grade ballroom dancers dazzled our guests in the party suite! Thank you to all the families who came to support Team ICS and to Mr. Rodier and the staff who organized and hosted the event! It made us all proud to be ICS!
Other exciting April “happenings” included: an inspiring song and reflections on our Bullying Prevention Program by our 6th graders at the Honors Assembly and an Art Exhibition at Lincoln Hospital featuring many of our students’ art work. In addition our Vision Step Team performed at competitions bringing home several trophies and our 4th, 6th and 8th graders completed the NYS Math and ELA tests. It definitely was a busy month! And now on to May….
